What if an item doesn't fit or if I don't like it?
You are free to return or exchange any item - except sale items - for any reason so long as you indicate your intention within 7 days of the date of delivery and then return the item in new, un-worn & un-used condition with all tags attached.
Please note that because we represent individual designers and retailers who specifyy their own return and exchange policies which may vary from the above you should read the sale terms listed with each product.

I'm after an item that is marked 'sold out'
Like any shop, stock is limited and if an item is marked as 'sold out' then it is typically no longer available. Some items may not be available again, though others may be and as such you should contact us or the designer/retailer direct through the website by email to indicate your interest.

I received an email saying my item has sold out
While every effort is made to ensure that an item's availability is accurately displayed there may be occassions when this information is not 100% correct and an ordered item may have sold out.
In such an instance every effort will be made to source the item for you and you will be kept up to date by one of our Customer Care representatives.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Princessfashionhouse.com represents suppliers from all over the world who ship their products directly to your door. Orders from suppliers will be supplied using a nominated postal or courier service as specified by the supplier. Each purchase incurs a postage charge as specified by the supplier, which is itemised in the shopping cart and totalled for your reference. You will receive a confirmation email when your item/s has been dispatched.
You should check each supplier's specific delivery terms.
Generally, unless specified by the supplier the delivery terms below apply:
Domestic deliveries
5 to 7 days from receipt and processing of your order.
Items from independent suppliers and custom made items may take longer.
International deliveries
7 to 14 days from receipt and processing of your order.
Delivery is dependent upon the supplier, items ordered and the delivery destination. Items from independent suppliers and custom made items may take longer.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?
No, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. All deliveries must be accepted in person, if this is a problem, please click here to organise alternative arrangements.

We do not offer this as a readily available payment option, though it is possible to organise payment via either either money order, personal cheque or bank transfer. If you are considering such a purchase, please click here to contact our Customer Care.
I'm unsure about sizing
Individual designers have different sizing characteristics, regardless of their nationality. The staff at princessfashion house.com have made it their top priority to simplify sizing (both across national standards and individual designers' idiosyncrasies) by the use of the standardized XS, S, M, L and XL system. In order to accurately gauge garment sizes, simply click on the "size information" button, found on every product page. This size info is provided by each designer or retailer who has listed the product for sale.
As an added service we have provided a sizing conversion chart, sizing tips and allowed extra sizing information to be included in the product description.
Please remember that your satisfaction is our top priority. As such, if you are in any way unhappy with a purchased item's size, please return or exchange the item as per each individual designer / retailers selling terms listed on each product page.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Web Server Certificates, such as the one used on princessfashionhouse.com are the standard for secure data transmission over the internet and encrypt all data sent to and from the web site.

Can I order by telephone?

Are there any additional charges?
Domestic - No there are no extra charges if you are ordering from a supplier within your country of origin
International - If you are ordering from outside your country of origin there may be additional taxes or customs duties upon arrival of your product.

Why can't I copy an image from the website?
As you can understand designers have spent many hours designing and developing their products which we are trying to help protect from potential copying. Right click has been disabled for this reaso and other security measures will be introduced in the future.
